The art of music is to turn off completely the logical thinking but still be able to appreciate a performance, a player, and oneself.

The evil of a being is to rely on completely the logical thinking and ignore the soul, the believe, and oneself.

"What get measured get managed" --- very true

But the unmeasurable and unquantifiable entities make us, human being, totally different from a super computer.

Hi human being, why we couldn't be more human-oriented when we think, instead of indexes-/scores-/marks-/outcomes-/whatever-oriented? Unless you are nothing different from a computer.

Sigh ... I know the world is complicated, that's why I have no interest in knowing everything that happens on the Earth in every second. We all care just what we care, and I respect the fact that no two "domain of caring" would overlap exactly.

Learning music is to unlearn the logical judgement, and I find it very interesting to do it well.
