運動運動

擒日開始, 每瞓覺前做四廿下sit up, 廿下一組咁, 今日個肚肌都仲feel到拉住拉住, 不過都頂硬上, keep住再黎四廿下, 而家個肚肌就有少少痛啦, 不過我想唔要個肚腩 :p 哈哈~

平時都要忍口唔好食tea同d無謂野~ 努力~~~ ^^
