Working on the simulation program for complex behavior

Good~! I have now proceeded to work on the programming job.

I have done several things in these two days.

• Create GraphNode and GraphLink classes. They allow abstracting ns-3 Node and Channel classes as a more intuitive graphical elements, instead of some full-featured networking devices. This is particularly useful when building and working with a topology. 
• Re-basing all patches for ns-3.5 to ns-3.7. Still the final patched ns-3.7 is not compilable, I am working on it. Once this is all done, the ECMP routing functionality, that comes from my patches, and the testing framework, that comes from ns-3.7, can all be used for my simulation programs.

Btw, when I am re-basing the patches, I confirmed my patches are indeed accepted and pushed into the ns-3 main tree! YEAH~!! Check this out!! HOHOO --- http://code.nsnam.org/ns-3-dev/log?rev=wilson+thong
